Recruitment Process Overview
Prospective candidates are contacted via LinkedIn about a specific role including company name and job title. Newance does not maintain its own database of candidates in the EU and any candidates are also welcome to apply directly on Client’s careers site if they wish.
Candidate Communications: For candidates who affirm their interest in the position, communications may take place via LinkedIn, E-mail, phone, WhatsApp or video as requested by the candidate. This may include setting up an informational call or other scheduling, administrative or supplying answers to questions.
Recruiter Intake Call: baseline technical questions and candidate interest generation including desired compensation requirements and career progression. If potential fit is mutually agreed upon, the recruiter will request C.V. from the candidate with the express purpose of sharing with the hiring manager for that particular role. All candidates are asked identical questions in order to provide a fair hiring process.
Hiring Manager review & interviews: Recruiter will help to facilitate scheduling and other administrative interview tasks as needed. All interview content and hiring decisions ultimately rest with the hiring company. These interviews typically contain a technical skills assessment and review of relevant work experience.
Offer & Onboarding: Recruiter will connect candidates with the appropriate corporate contact for hiring contract, new hire paperwork, personnel details and any details such as direct deposit. Newance does not collect this information.
