When we kickoff a search, our entire team dives in and looks at potential candidates. This means that every search is taking up time not just from 1 recruiter but from a team! And our recruiters readily share leads with each other instead of holding them for future roles. 

It also means that you get the full scope and breadth of our network.

We want you to see the candidate as they chose to present themselves and to be able to use that information to make the best decision. We will happily and candidly give advice when asked but we do not tell candidates what to say or re-write their resumes to match the role. We want to see a long term match, not just push a hire. 

It’s (understandably!) not always popular with candidates. And we’re not encouraging companies to get free work. But we have seen case after case of a work sample helping a less stellar resume shine or a really fancy on paper candidate not be able to do the work. 

While we would love to work with you for a full year (and we have a strong track record of being renewed!) we recognized that our flexibility is to core to what people love about working with Newance. We center our engagements around what’s better for you rather than us.
